For 13Amp hot tubs, you’ll need to hook up a cable with a plug to get electricity from a socket. The cable should be long enough to reach your desired spot for the control panel. If you’re putting your 13Amp tub outside, you’ll need a waterproof ip65 socket and some armored cable with a plug attached (plus a protective metal conduit for safeguarding against garden tools, animals, etc).
